Dr. Mickey E. Frame
Chiropractor
At 9 years old, I witnessed something remarkable that would shape my future. My father hurt his lower back so severely that he couldn’t walk and faced surgery with only a 50/50 chance of walking again. After reluctantly visiting a chiropractor—”the witch doctor”—he returned home that same day able to stand. Six weeks later, he was back at work, and some 50-plus years later, he still had not had surgery.
My own severe asthma kept me from sports and caused me to miss 40-50 school days yearly. When the chiropractor noticed my scoliosis during my father’s visit, he suggested treatment. Starting care at age 10 changed everything—my school absences stopped, and I haven’t had a major asthma attack since. These experiences led me to become a chiropractor.

Dr. Zac Frame
Chiropractor
Dr. Zac grew up in chiropractic, following in his dad‘s footsteps.
“From a young age, I aspired to help people of all ages. Watching my dad care for others inspired me, and I was always eager to refer friends or their family members to him whenever chiropractic care could make a difference.”
Seeing patients find relief reinforced Dr. Zac’s passion for this field.

Kim Steyer
Office Manager
Kim is an essential member of our our chiropractic practice. She has been with us for over 17 years and is an expert in handling insurance billing and coding. She is knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to managing care and in-network procedures for Ohio. Additionally, Kim is well adept at managing employees, business operations, and office procedures. Kim’s background in Athletic Training and as a prior three sport athlete is part of the reason she chose to work in our triage-like work setting. Her friendly, professional demeanor and approachable attitude has earned her respect and appreciation from patients throughout the years. She truly loves her job and always puts her best foot forward. She also loves family time, and live music along with the arts, often traveling to observe her daughter Jordan at work as an Audio Sound Engineer of live music.
Emily Stechschulte
Chiropractic Assistant
Emily has been with our chiropractic practice since August of 2020. She spends her days creating an organized and efficient flow for both the patients and the doctors. You’ll see her busy setting patients up on passive care equipment and answering phones. Her attention to detail ensures that patients always have an optimal experience when they visit us. Emily grew up on a farm in Orrville, Ohio and graduated from The University of Toledo in 2006. She lives in Sylvania with her husband and two very busy teenagers.
Maria Phalen
Licensed Massage Therapist
Maria is our newest massage therapist, joining us in February of 2025, after graduating from massage therapy school at Orion Institute in 2023. She is a great new addition to our team, bringing in a warm smile and a welcoming spirit, always willing to help and keep things running smoothly. She truly looks forward to seeing new patients and working with them on whatever their needs may be. Maria also works as a nail technician, and also loves spending time with her cat, or her friends and family.
Hannah Frame
Chiropractic Assistant
As a front desk assistant, Hannah is one of the first friendly faces you’ll see when you visit. She assists patients with scheduling appointments as well as passive therapy. Hannah also assists with the daily financial operations, utilizing her business and finance degree from The Ohio State University, where she graduated in 2024. Upon completion of her degree, Hannah joined the team full time and is excited to help the family business continue to thrive and grow. Outside of work, she enjoys hanging out with her two “bosses”—Dr. Mickey Frame and Dr. Zac Frame (her dad and brother)—and making the most of family time.
