The Frame Chiropractic and Acupuncture journey began in 1989 when Dr. Mickey Frame established a practice founded on genuine care and ethical treatment. Dr. Frame’s path to chiropractic was deeply personal—as a child, he witnessed his father crawling on the kitchen floor in excruciating back pain, then standing upright after receiving chiropractic care. His own childhood asthma resolved through regular adjustments, inspiring his decision to become a chiropractor.

Dr. Mickey Frame leads with over three decades of experience, while Dr. Zachary Frame—who literally grew up in the practice watching his father help friends and family—brings a fresh perspective along with specialized training in animal chiropractic.
Dr. Cody Estrel joined after experiencing firsthand how chiropractic care helped his sports injuries, appreciating the personal connection with patients that other healthcare fields often lack. Our massage therapists, Karen and Maria, complete our team with their expertise in therapeutic massage techniques that complement our chiropractic care.
